I'm naturally auburn. Many years ago my pal decided that she would give me blonde streaks - better known now as highlights. She bought the skull cap and, as she thought the holes were too wee, proceeded to cut them bigger so that a lot more hair could be pulled through. I was duly 'sreaked' and when she took the skull cap off I looked like a blonde who needed her roots done!
