If you click on the pictures the menu should come up nice and big.

jacket potatos are a good idea, interesting how close yours and mine menus are - we must have found the path of easiness (or at least less of a killer)!!!! my old Brown Owl always had me do a full Sunday roast on the Sunday lunch - that was hard work!

Is French Toast the same as eggy bread?

I am cooking on industrial ovens inside for the brownies - I take toast out to the Guides from our village, who camp at the same place at the same time. We have a joint Campfire - it's lovely and does the girls good to mix.

Thanks for answering my question! How will you bake the potatoes? Campfire, ordo you have access to an oven? Brill menu by the way, nice that you've worked in so much healthy stuff, hard to do on camp.

K - Yup French Toast = Eggy Bread. I'd call it eggy bread myself... wonder if it's an all-glasgow thing this 'french toast' thing. It'd have been eggy bread on camp back home.

J - We have access to ovens - will be using them for all meals I think!! The sandwiches are coz of a fun day where other kids are coming with packed lunches... so the campers get the same. Thanks for the thumbs up!
