Last night I span... ok I went to Spin Fit. It hurt.
We then went to watch Glasgow Warriors at home.. they won, but it was not brilliant rugby and I could see that despite my lack of expertise.
It was also freezing and wet.
Next time we see them will be in Northampton.
one step at a time.

I have always found that it's easier to play in rough conditions than to watch.
