I love tea. Particularly real tea in a teapot made with tealeaves.
My friend has just discovered real fresh proper tea too.
I am making him a tea cozy. He's making tea at the moment in a cafetiere so I'll get him a cheap teapot too. I'm halfway through - will post you another picture when I'm finished. *done - see top! Apologies for the mobile phone camera snaps*

I love tea too but I drink decaf.
My hubbie will only drink real tea and it has to be made in a pot. His idea of excitement is to visit the tea shop in Chesterfield and sample several teas before making a purchase. I order a cream tea to munch with the tea so i can't really complain. Yet somehow i feel it's a little sad when I read it back....
looking good
Ak - have you tried this red leaf stuff they've been advertising. I found it ok but the caf is part of the point for me.
Queenie - I would love it too so can't possibly think it's anything but cool!
Bond - ta. What do you think now it is finished?
Nice job.
If you're taking orders for knitted Cafetiere covers, please put me down for one TC! xx
When I took a business trip overseas, I got hooked on tea. But when I got home and tried to continue the habit, I found that I had no idea how to make proper tea. So eventually I gave it up.
The teabags make ok tea, but there's nothing like the "real" tea I experienced overseas.
Trav - where overseas did you have real tea?
