Five Things Meme (oven cleaning.... yuck).

Ok... Five things about me: (Cheers to Sanni for the tag x)

1. I hate cleaning - which is why I'm quite chuffed that the instructions on the oven cleaner say 'leave for 2 hours'.. Shame I have to put off the dirty bit, eh?

2. I have not cleaned the oven before. I have lived in this house for three years....

3. I hate people being late. It drives me nuts and I sit there waiting for them muttering grumpily about it.

4. I am often late myself (and am now coming out as a hypocrite!). Usually I'm late because I have the worst sense of direction in a car that you can imagine (except for my mother's - which is so awful you could almost listen to her and do the exact opposite, and probably end up in the right place).

5. I don't believe in God. But I'm going to church this morning. Hypocrite again? Not really - I have to take my Brownies as the church give us the hall for free - it seems only fair that I make the effort every now and again when/if they ask us to come along on a Sunday.

How's that?

I tag: (will finish this later)

Cleaning is good therapy, but no where near as good as chopping wood is... cripes I wish I had a wood burner now (had to make do with cutting back on the rose).

On the other hand, if one cleans the oven too frequently it doesn't get dirty enough to be theraputic.

I never clean the oven until I'm ready to move out of a place and want most of my deposit back!

That reminds me... have I cleaned the oven since I arrived in this house (5 years, I think)? Ehm... I think I cleaned it when I bought the cooker from a dodgy second hand store... just in case it carried anything unsavoury inside :-)
Totally with you on the anti-cleaning thing... horrible waste of time...

But, you know... I clean my house once a year...

... whether it needs it or not!

*gasp* I'm tagged! =O LOL! =D I will think about it and blog about it later. ;)

Hahaha, I hate people being late too! >.< Sometimes though, I'm late myself and I give them a sheepish grin when I see their dirty looks. =P

I hate when people are late, too. That's why I'm always early. Growing up, my father's thinking was that if you were right on time, you were late.

I suggest spending a little money for a self-cleaning oven when you get your own house. It is a whole lot easier.

I hate cleaning too! Especially ovens...not that it gets that much use since I also hate cooking!!

Do your Brownies sell cookies? I don't go to church either.

Nah - no cookie selling for Brownies
