Last night I went to see the new James Bond film. Liked it. Boyfriend LOVED it but perhaps more interesting was the exit from the cinema.
On our way someone climbed over the barrier above the exit (where the upper set of seats are) as if he was going to jump. I scuttled through just in case - then heard a 'thud' behind me.
The boy had indeed jumped - he limped out of the cinema behind us, his face an ashen hue! I was torn between being appalled that he was injured, amused that he had been so stupid, and concerned that he was alone so had nobody to help sort him out if he was seriously hurt.
Not sure what to do we loitered until we were sure that he had friends with him... then left. I hope that he made it home or to a doctor!!
Either way - he's an idiot.

Yeah, totally stooopid - kind of thing I might've done as a kid! :-D
(By the way, I'm putting a couple of lines about you in my ongoing Heroines and Heroes poem today!)
Sometimes you wonder what is going through the mind of someone like that...
Perhaps I shouldn't comment on people jumping from great heights ... I'm looking forward to seeing Casino Royale (closet Bond fan ...) oh, hello there, Bond!
Oh my. In the world of child psychotherapists this is what we would call "attention seeking behavior".
